Managing Director (Switzerland)
Annemarie oversees the group activities and manages all legal and corporate matters
Annemarie is a seasoned legal and tax adviser and is qualified in Trust Management. Before working for Reliance, she was a legal and tax adviser with the Swiss law firm Bonnard Lawson in Geneva, Switzerland, for several years and also for more than ten years with Loyens&Loeff in Switzerland and the Netherlands. Annemarie assisted her international private clientele of HNW and UHNW individuals with legal and tax planning and is specialised in international tax, estate planning and relocation issues. She has extensive experience advising companies on legal and tax matters, particularly on setting up structures, advising on corporate tax issues and cross-border tax planning.

Herman oversees the group activities and business development
Before joining Reliance, Herman founded ATC Switzerland in 2003. With offices in Geneva and Zug, he succeeded in developing a well-respected and high-quality fiduciary business. Previous to his activities in the fiduciary industry, Herman was in the upper management of Cargill. During that time, he was in charge of various Cargill worldwide business units and president of the Cargill international charity committee. Issues such as corporate governance, tax and legal compliance have always been of high importance to him.

Marius oversees the group activities and is in charge of the business development
Marius is TEP qualified and has been advising international HNW and UHNW individuals and families since 2007. Before joining Reliance in 2015, Marius worked for eight years as Client Relationship Manager at Banque E.I. Sturdza, in Geneva, Switzerland. Marius was responsible for a portfolio of European and Middle Eastern clients during these years and travelled extensively. He advised private clients, created financial products and developed investment strategies.

Daniel manages the private client and trust department
Daniel is TEP qualified and has been working as a trust professional for the last 25 years in Guernsey and Switzerland. Before working for Reliance, Daniel worked as Senior Trust Manager for ATC (Switzerland) Sàrl, and previously he was Vice-President for Northern Trust Fiduciary Services (Guernsey) Ltd based in Guernsey.
Managing Director (Luxembourg)
Petra manages Reliance activities in Luxembourg
Petra has vast experience in the international financial industry, of which nearly 20 years in Luxembourg. Petra is active in the corporate service sector with management expertise. She has assisted multinational and private clients with their holding/finance, private equity and securitisation needs. Prior to joining Reliance, Petra served for 15 years as managing director of a large international trust company in Curacao, Amsterdam and Luxembourg.
Trust Manager
Giuseppe is responsible for leading a team of trust officers
Giuseppe is TEP qualified and obtained his law degree at the University of Geneva. He has been working in Switzerland as a trust professional since 2003. Before joining Reliance in 2019, Giuseppe served in particular as Director and Deputy of the Head of two sizeable international trust companies. During that time, he was able to widen his experience in providing bespoke services to (U)HNW individuals, families and corporate clients.
Head of Accounting
Sandro oversees the accounting department of the head office, Reliance Trust Company SA
Sandro holds a Master's degree from HEC Geneva and has over 20 years of experience in financial accounting and auditing. He is responsible for producing management accounts, annual budgets, and audited consolidated reports, and liaising with auditors and tax authorities. His role also includes managing the accounting needs of the group’s Swiss and international subsidiaries. Before joining Reliance in 2014, Sandro was Head Accountant at ATC (Switzerland) Sàrl and Credit Suisse Trust SA.
