Managing Director (Switzerland)
ANNEMARIE DE WIT
Annemarie is a seasoned legal and tax adviser and is qualified in Trust Management. Before working for Reliance, she was a legal and tax adviser with the Swiss law firm Bonnard Lawson in Geneva, Switzerland, for several years and also for more than ten years with Loyens&Loeff in Switzerland and the Netherlands. Annemarie assisted her international private clientele of HNW and UHNW individuals with legal and tax planning and is specialised in international tax, estate planning and relocation issues. She has extensive experience advising companies on legal and tax matters, particularly on setting up structures, advising on corporate tax issues and cross-border tax planning.

HERMAN KRUL
Before joining Reliance, Herman founded ATC Switzerland in 2003. With offices in Geneva and Zug, he succeeded in developing a well-respected and high-quality fiduciary business. Previous to his activities in the fiduciary industry, Herman was in the upper management of Cargill. During that time, he was in charge of various Cargill worldwide business units and president of the Cargill international charity committee. Issues such as corporate governance, tax and legal compliance have always been of high importance to him.

MARIUS KRUL
Marius is TEP qualified and has been advising international HNW and UHNW individuals and families since 2007. Before joining Reliance in 2015, Marius worked for eight years as Client Relationship Manager at Banque E.I. Sturdza, in Geneva, Switzerland. Marius was responsible for a portfolio of European and Middle Eastern clients during these years and travelled extensively. He advised private clients, created financial products and developed investment strategies.

DANIEL HOLLOWELL
Daniel is TEP qualified and has been working as a trust professional for the last 25 years in Guernsey and Switzerland. Before working for Reliance, Daniel worked as Senior Trust Manager for ATC (Switzerland) Sàrl, and previously he was Vice-President for Northern Trust Fiduciary Services (Guernsey) Ltd based in Guernsey.
Managing Director (Luxembourg)
FRANK WALENTA
A seasoned leader with over 20 years of cross-border expertise, Frank joined Reliance in 2025 as Managing Director of the Luxembourg office. Previously, he served as Managing Director and Conducting Officer at two large private equity owned trust companies in Luxembourg and Germany, where he developed the local activities and oversaw strategic acquisitions. Frank holds degrees in German, French, and European Law from Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz (Germany), University of Saarbrücken / Centre Juridique Franco-Allemand (Germany) and University Robert Schuman Strasbourg (France). He is a native speaker of German and French, fluent in English, and possesses basic proficiency in Dutch and Italian.

DIANA GLADKA
Diana, has over 15 years of professional experience in legal, corporate and fiduciary services. Since 2022, she has been directing Reliance’s Zurich and Zug operations. Her sector focus includes family offices, high-net-worth clients and cross-border corporate structures. Before joining Reliance, Diana spent eight years in the Middle East, where she served as General Manager at a sizeable international trust company. Earlier, she worked as a Company Lawyer for a Family Office in Amsterdam and as a Corporate Lawyer at DLA Piper Ukraine, advising on corporate and commercial matters. Diana holds a Master of Laws from the University of Amsterdam and from the Law Academy of Ukraine. She is bilingual in Ukrainian and Russian, and has full professional proficiency in English.
Trust Manager
GIUSEPPE ALBANESE
Giuseppe is TEP qualified and obtained his law degree at the University of Geneva. He has been working in Switzerland as a trust professional since 2003. Before joining Reliance in 2019, Giuseppe served in particular as Director and Deputy of the Head of two sizeable international trust companies. During that time, he was able to widen his experience in providing bespoke services to (U)HNW individuals, families and corporate clients.
Head of Accounting
SANDRO PEREIRA
Sandro holds a Master's degree from HEC Geneva and has over 20 years of experience in financial accounting and auditing. He is responsible for producing management accounts, annual budgets, and audited consolidated reports, and liaising with auditors and tax authorities. His role also includes managing the accounting needs of the group’s Swiss and international subsidiaries. Before joining Reliance in 2014, Sandro was Head Accountant at ATC (Switzerland) Sàrl and Credit Suisse Trust SA.
