Mr Hillerström has an MBA from IMD Switzerland and is one of Europe’s leading independent Family Business and Family Office advisors based in Geneva. He previously worked in his family’s own shipping business for Banque Kleinwort Benson (private banking) and PricewaterhouseCoopers before becoming independent in 2003. He has advised over 140 families in 27 countries in the field of Family Governance. He co-authored the book “Wise Wealth” published by Palgrave Macmillan in December 2010.


Mr Jonker is a graduate of the University of Leiden with a specialisation in international taxation. He first worked for ten years with Loyens&Volkmaars in Amsterdam and Hongkong. After that, Mr Jonker worked for 23 years with Loyens&Loeff in Switzerland, where he was the resident partner and manager of the Geneva and Zurich offices. He is an expert in the field of corporate and private client taxation. Frank is still advising private clients through his company Jonker Consulting.

Mr de Muralt holds a doctorate in political science from the University of Lausanne. Mr de Muralt joined de Pury Pictet Turrettini in 2001 as Managing Partner, where he is in charge of a private and institutional clientele and a member of the executive committee. He co-founded the impact investment company Blue Orchard Finance. He is currently the Cadmos shareholder engagement funds chairman and supervises the PPT Buy and Care® investment strategy. He is a member of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).


Mr Spierings is a graduate of Nijenrode University and INSEAD. He had a remarkable career at Cargill, where he worked for 36 years. He held a variety of posts, including the ones of President of Cargill International, President of Cargill Europe and member of the board of directors of Cargill Inc. in Minneapolis, USA. Mr Spierings is an expert in the field of risk management and has an excellent knowledge of US corporate governance. He devotes considerable time to philanthropy.
